Finishing
Seams form where the sections of the mold meet. These are carefully removed from each part after it is taken out of the mold, leaving a smooth finish.

The assembled unfired pieces are dried, then coated with glaze.
Glaze Firing
The pieces are loaded into a gas kiln. Firing takes approximately 24 hours and reaches 1,300°C.
Overglaze Painting
After the glaze firing, skilled artisans decorate the surface of each piece using brushes and spray techniques.
Overglaze Firing
The decorated pieces are fired in an electric kiln. Firing takes approximately 8 hours and reaches 800°C.
